Most people I work with start feeling a difference the very first week of the program and gets significantly better as time goes by. The timeframe for seeing results obviously varies from person to person and very much depends on the situation.

Can this program be used as a standalone treatment or in conjunction with therapy or medication?

 

This program can definitely be used as a standalone treatment, but it can also complement therapy or medication. Most people that go through this program often end up dropping therapy and medications.

Are there any specific prerequisites or qualifications to participate in this program?

Yes! You absolutely have to be sick and tired of living with anxiety and be ready to transform your life.

Is this program suitable for all types of anxiety disorders?

Although this program was specifically designed for generalized anxiety disorder and general anxiety, all types of anxiety disorders will definitely benefit from this program.

What support is available during the program if I have questions or need guidance?

We will be working together 1 on 1 throughout the whole program with ongoing support after. In addition to the weekly meetings, daily communication will be very important.

What are the common symptoms of anxiety?

 

Common symptoms of anxiety include excessive worrying, faster heartrate and breathing, restlessness, irritability, difficulty concentrating, muscle tension, and difficulty sleeping. Keep in mind that anxiety affect everyone differently and you may be feeling a combination of these or other symptoms.
